Zara Ströget (Copenhagen) is now looking for a Manager!
As Manager, you will have the budget, sales, and staff-responsibility. You will also be working with recruitment, training, customer service, and visual merchandising among others.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in retail and customer service. You should have at least one year experience working in a leading position.
We assume that you as an applicant has a real interest in fashion and it is an advantage if you have an education related to the field. We expect you to be a driven sales person with experience in motivating employees to get good results.
As a person, you are independent and appreciate working in a fast pace. You should be flexible and used to make quick decisions. This position will also involve close cooperation with our headquarters in Spain, which requires very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish is only seen as an advantage.
