In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be advisory and lead for technical futureproofing of Swedbank's mainframe products and strategies
• Stay updated on latest technical advancements and how to create Swedbank value out of them (participate in conferences, educations and etc)
• Lead and advice on new and existing solutions to fit Swedbank development
• Review and have approval mandate on technical solutions proposed by partner
• In cooperation with APO set framework (goals and constraints) for vendor operations of Swedbank's environments
• Coordinate common activities to uphold the Swedbank perspective to changes etc
• Participate in operational meetings with partner (daily huddles, capacity - continuity forums, incident / problem forums etc.)
• Support with quality assurance of routines / plannings / etc
What is needed in this role:
• Proven skills in SW management and architecture on zOS
• Good communicative skills - both verbal and written (English and Swedish)
• Previous experience from working in a managed IT-service organization is appreciated but not a demand
Swedbank's mainframe services are delivered in a strategic partnership model where Kyndryl upholds the operative role and Swedbank Techleads in cooperation with Product owners and Business Areas in Swedbank are responsible for the strategic directives, follow-up of SLA:s etc.
Since this delivery model started recently (Q3 2023) you will have the opportunity to influence and be part of the build-up of this role and team from start.
