We are looking for hungry, talented and highly motivated newly graduates!
The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2012. As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. This is also a great opportunity to really challenge yourself and grow both personally and professionally.
In the Young Talent Program you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.
Main responsibilities
As an Automation Engineer within Food Processing you will work with process control and automation design of our food processing equipment with a focus on complex production lines. Your task will include finding technical solutions for existing problems and future solutions.
Qualifications
For this position we believe that you have a Master's degree in an Engineering discipline with focus on process control and/or automation. Experience of PLC and high level programming would be essential. If you have knowledge in virtual modelling and simulation this will be considered as a merit.
As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality. You are a true team player with good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilise a broad international network. We believe that you are a result oriented person with a strong technical interest, analytical ability and a structured way of working. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
