We are looking for hungry, talented and highly motivated newly graduates!
The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2012. As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. This is also a great opportunity to really challenge yourself and grow both personally and professionally.
In the Young Talent Program you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.
Main responsibilities
As a Development Engineer - Verification/Validation you will work with the test methods connected to our package evaluation, understanding the complete value chain in order to develop new and adopt existing methods to how costumers & consumers use our packages. With a focus on statistical tools and requirement cascading with an analytical & structured problem solving methodology your task will be to find technical solutions for existing problems and future solutions.
Publiceringsdatum2012-02-13KvalifikationerFor the position we believe that you have a Master's degree in Engineering Physics with a focus on statistics. Experience of verification & validation would be valuable. If you have knowledge in virtual engineering this will be considered as a merit.
As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality. You are a true team player with good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilise a broad international network. We believe that you are a result oriented person with a strong technical interest, analytical ability and a structured way of working. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
