Description
We are looking for hungry, talented and highly motivated newly graduates!
The Young Talent Program is a two year trainee program for engineers, starting in September 2013. As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the program, you will have the opportunity to both contribute to and influence the Tetra Pak development in a long perspective. You will be a part of a innovative technical environment at the absolute forefront of food packaging.
In the Young Talent Program you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.
We are now recruiting three Continuous Improvement Professionals.
Main responsibilities
As a Continuous Improvement Professional in the Packaging Material organization you will learn and deploy the Early Management and Quality Maintenance methodology, which is parts of our continuous improvement and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program. This means you will be dedicated to work with the process to launch the production of new product and new equipment in a minimum run up time.
You will work in a global organization collaborating with developing projects and converting factories.Furthermore in this position you will be feedbacking best practices to design improvements and cross fertilize activities around Early Management.
Qualifications
For this position we believe that you have a Master's degree in Engineering within either Industrial Engineering & Management or Mechanical Engineering, Logistics/Production. You have an interest and focus in continuous improvement methods in an industrial environment and how to connect it with Engineering and Development work.
As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality. You are a true team player and acting as a leader comes naturally for you when required.
You have good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilize a broad international network. You like to solve problems and have a strong personal drive. It is important that you are result oriented with a strong technical interest and an analytical ability. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
