We are looking for hungry, talented and highly motivated newly graduates!
The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2012. As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. This is also a great opportunity to really challenge yourself and grow both personally and professionally.
In the Young Talent Program you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.
Main responsibilities
As a Process Engineer you will work with the process design of our line solutions and Branded Processing Units. To be successful you have to understand our customers' demands and take a leading role to propose solutions that fulfil the customers' expectations. Your task will include working with customized projects, sales support and development projects.
Qualifications
For this position we believe that you have a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Process Design or Food Technology.
Preferably you have some knowledge of processes in an industrial environment and are interested in high quality food production in a global environment.
As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality. You are a true team player with good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilise a broad international network. We believe that you are a result oriented person with a strong technical interest, analytical ability and a structured way of working. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
