Description
We are looking for hungry, talented and highly motivated newly graduates!
The Young Talent Program is a two year trainee program for engineers, starting in September 2015. As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the program, you will have the opportunity to both contribute to and influence the Tetra Pak development in a long perspective. You will be a part of an innovative technical environment at the absolute forefront of food packaging.
In the Young Talent Program you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.
Main responsibilities
As a Mechanical Engineer you will work with mechanical design focusing on complex distribution machines incorporating many advanced Mechatronic systems. Your work will include Concepts and Detail design with the aim to create robust solutions that bring value to our customers as well as providing a foundation for ease of manufacturing.
The solutions we design are highly flexible at high speeds. We believe value driven innovation is achieved by working in teams using structured product development methodology including calculations and simulations. You will also take part in defining verification activities, analysing and following up results.
Qualifications
For this position we believe that you have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Physics, preferably including courses related to Mechatronics. Training in CAD design including static and dynamic simulation tools as well as statistical analysis methods are seen as a merit.
As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality. You are a true team player and acting as a leader comes naturally for you when required. You have good communication skills and have the ability to create and utilize a broad international network. You like to solve problems and have a strong personal drive. You are passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge in actual product development challenges. It is important that you are result oriented with a strong technical interest. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
