The Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2011. As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. This is also a great opportunity to really challenge yourself and grow both personally and professionally.
In the Young Talent Program you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.
Publiceringsdatum2011-02-09KvalifikationerAs a Design Integrator you will work with systems engineering methods in Tetra Pak's Filling Machine Development or Maintenance projects, giving you an extensive knowledge base and a systems perspective. Systems engineering methods are part of our drive to create better products in a shorter time and create more value for our customers. We create methods to build engineering knowledge that our engineers can use to understand and meet the needs of our customers. As a Design Integrator you will work closely with our engineers and line managers to develop, facilitate and coordinate systems engineering methodology so that all sub-systems being developed actually 'add-up' to a system that satisfies performance and cost requirements.
For the position we believe that you have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar with an interest in product development. Some experience of working with requirements, solutions, integration and verification & validation is valued as a merit.
As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality. You are a true team player that possesses great listening, documenting and communication skills and have the ability to create and utilise a broad international network. We believe that you are a result oriented person with a strong technical interest, analytical ability and a structured way of working. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
