Publiceringsdatum2011-02-09BeskrivningThe Young Talent Program is a two years trainee program, starting in September 2011. As participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. This is also a great opportunity to really challenge yourself and grow both personally and professionally.
In the Young Talent Program you will become recruited to a certain department and position already from the beginning. You will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.
As part of the Tetra Pak strategy of driving operational performance, the ambition is to become the undisputed industry leader for quality. Towards this ambition, we work with best practise engineering methods where a strong quality mindset is critical for success in product development.
KvalifikationerAs a Design Engineer you will develop your design engineering skills with a strong focus on robustness and quality. Your work will cover several engineering areas like Requirements, Design for X methods, Robust design, Measurement system analysis, Statistical analysis methods, Problem solving, etc.
You will have the rare opportunity to learn and apply engineering methods in different environments, laying a solid ground for a future career as deeply valuable design engineer.
For this position we believe you have a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on quality, statistics or some related topic. Experience from research is a plus, and so is practical experience in the field. You have a deep interest in design methods, statistical analysis, product development, and product quality. You want to participate in the development of how we work with design based on measuring, analyzing and following up Quality of our products.
As a participant in the Young Talent Program you should have a mature and professional personality. You are a true team player with good communication skills, being able to explain and present your analysis in a clear way, and have the ability to create and utilise a broad international network. We believe that you are a result oriented person open to developing new ways of working combined with an analytical ability and a structured way of working. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
