HeidelbergCement Northern Europe is looking for highly dedicated and motivated Young Professionals who want to play an essential role in shaping the future.

We are looking for eight talented young professionals with a personal drive to excel in a challenging and exciting environment.
You will be offered a position within HeidelbergCement Northern Europe with locations either in Norway or Sweden. You will enter into a job position and follow a programme of 6-12 months’ introduction to the company – A tailored Young Professionals Programme.
Requirements
We are looking for dedicated and goal-oriented Young Professionals, newly graduated or with a couple of years experience. We would like you to have a Master of Sc. in Engineering preferable within Process-, Chemistry- or Industrial economy. Some positions are within Finance and General Management requiring other suitable educational background.
You need to be fluent in a Scandinavian language and in English, additional linguistic skills may be advantageous. Cross-cultural understanding and social competence is important within the organisation. Analytic approach both in practical and theoretical tasks is also important.
