You are native in the English language and know how to tell a good story. You have an eye for the visual and know how to compose a selling piece of game art to the community.
You will be working with the Entropia Universe and Planet Calypso team to communicate with the community, increase the online presence and make sure that the events, development and news from Entropia Universe and Planet Calypso is promoted and available to make sure that our customers do not miss out on any information and that new players find us and want to explore the unique virtual universe of Entropia.
Digital Content Writer with an Eye for Visual Presentation
You will plan and produce the material that Entropia Universe and Planet Calypso launch in our Social Media channels as well as what should be promoted thru which of our web channels. It is important that you are creative, dedicated and has great communication skills, and the ability to motivate others.
You will be the voice of Entropia Universe and Planet Calypso, in communicating with existing and new players. Based on the MindArk strategies of Entropia Universe and Planet Calypso, you will take ownership of the long term storytelling and communication with the community. You will create stories based on the releases and content in Entropia Universe and Planet Calypso. You will support the marketing in promoting features and systems that are launched or in need of highlight.
This role will require creativity, drive and structure. Concept and ideas will be reviewed before executed to production of text and art. You will be working in close cooperation with marketing, game designers, art team and web team.
Required skills and experience
• A deep and fundamental interest in computer games, preferably MMO:s and if possible Entropia Universe
• A good story teller
• Native in the English language (or as if you were native)
• Good at capturing visually attractive and immersive in game graphics
• Some experience in HTML and web publishing
