As a company we see sales as an attitude. Experience and training aside, the bottom line for an exceptional salesperson is their attitude. If you’ve read this far then we think you may have it.
As an International Account Manager with Studentum you would take a share alongside the rest of our international team of four AMs in all the company’s business outside the Nordic region, contacting schools and offering them the opportunity to market themselves on our website: www.educations.com. You should be aware of the simple equation: Activity x Quality = Results. The company’s future rests on us continuing to gain new clients and provide them with unrivalled service and results; here’s where your attitude comes into play.
To be successful with us will involve:
1. Building your own client base with 8-10 new clients coming in each month that you will manage in the long term.
2. Making at least 10 presentations a day to potential clients and sending at least 10 well qualified proposals a week. You will also take part in one overseas trip every month on average.
3. Structuring your sales. Planning your days well and prioritizing the right tasks to achieve our company vision.
4. After a week of training starting to make sales calls and present our services in a professional manner.
5. Generating a genuine interest for our services, within a short time learning to make a customer needs analysis and handle objections well.
6. Work towards a long term relationship with our clients growing their investment in and commitment to us. You value genuine business relationships.
7. Bringing a love of what we do to your colleagues, being motivated by business objectives and giving just that bit more to the task than what is required.
8. You will be keen to develop in the position, understanding that performance precedes promotion, and in the long term look to work towards taking on a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager role.
