About the Unit
HR Regional Operations drives harmonization of services, processes and tools across Region Europe to ensure a professional operation of HR and high-quality data for decision making. Regional Operations is divided into four areas: People Services, People Resourcing, Performance & Development and Compensation & Benefits Operations.
The People Services team, that you will get to join in this role, is responsible for: Core HR Services, HR Reporting and Analytics Services, Global Mobility Coordination, and Digitalization & Governance, and responds to regional language needs in six regional languages apart from English (German, Finnish, French, Italian, Spanish and Swedish).

Then look no more, as we are currently looking for a new Senior HR advisor and colleague to work with us at our office in Malmö!
As our The Senior HR Advisor for our People Services Team you will be responsible for providing HR content and data insights to stakeholders, maintaining and publishing HR content, developing reporting systems, and visualizing data in a simple manner. The role involves managing employee and organizational data changes and ensuring data in our HR-system is updated. The Senior Advisor acts as an expert in Core HR Services and Analytics, takes on complex tasks, drives initiatives, and upskills the rest of the People Services team.
As a Senior HR Advisor in our People Services Team, you will get the opportunity to be part of a regional and virtual team in a newly established HR organization, while being able to work independently and close to the business.
You will be located in our office in Malmö where you also will be part of a small HR-team. The local team currently consists of two HR Advisors that enjoy working closely together, supporting and helping each other, as well as collaborate cross-functionally.
What will you be working with?
• Keep relevant systems and related structures up to date and running, ensuring high level of data quality
• Develop, coordinate and publish relevant communication to line managers, employees and HR functions within the HR portal (e.g. HR policies, practices, guidelines or procedures)
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with other teams to jointly deliver services such as provide reporting and analytics expertise
• Efficiently and effectively support employees and managers across Europe with their enquiries and interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs in English and Swedish
• Manage individual employee data changes or mass updates as well as ensure fast and efficient data management
• Ensure proper legal, policy and data security compliant data storage/e-archiving via collection, verification and validation of employee files and adhere to GDPR and HR compliance as well as in general ensure GDPR compliance and data privacy throughout our processes.
• Drive data analytics to follow up on diversity, equity and inclusion activities and design reports to follow-up on performance KPIs for Region Operations team and translate functional HR requirements to create structured dashboards to drive data-driven decisions while ensuring high data quality
Profile
We see that you have a higher degree-level education within a relevant field, but relevant work-experience can compensate. You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or analytics and a proven track record of working with HR IT systems and Data Management. You have knowledge of employment legislation, GDPR and HR compliance as well as and HR reporting. You are used to working with HR analytical tools and data modelling. You feel secure and experienced in HR and can translate functional requirements into insightful data models, reporting and analysis.
Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, is essential for this role. Additional proficient knowledge in French, German, Finnish, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and/or other publishing tools (such as SharePoint) is an advantage.

The position is based at our office in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to Team Manager People Services, Juliana Filippelli.
