Symbal is at the forefront of developing digital learning and communication solutions, e.g. e-learning programs and innovative apps. Symbal's focus is to help their customers to implement different types of business changes. They develop both communication and learning solutions for their customers. On Symbal you get the opportunity to work in a team with a great diversity of skills.

Symbal is now looking for a writer who is able to start immediately. The contract is initially for three months with good opportunities for extension.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a writer at Symbal you type the e-learning modules for the company's customers. The modules are used by the customers in their work of change. Your task is to read up on materials in different areas supplied by the customers, and then bring it down in an educational and inspirational text. You are responsible for the entire process from the reading until the module is completed. You have a template to work from, and your task is to create a concise text that keeps the reader curious and interested throughout the text. You do this by planning modules in a creative and educational way to make it fun to read. Your challenge is to get the message across in a few words.

Kvalifikationer
• Academic background in Media, Communication, Strategic Communication or similar
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Work experience in either digital communication, internal communication, as a writer or alternatively as a translator. We believe that you have experience of writing in an educational and creative way
• Great experience of Power Point
• Experience and knowledge in E-learning is strongly meritorious

I order to enjoy working at Symbal, you need to have an interest in learning new things. You are curious and find it easy to gain an understanding in different topics. As the role includes a variety of responsibilities, it is important that you take initiative and get things done. You have the ability to make decisions and conduct yourself to deadlines. Since you are responsible for keeping a reader's interest, it is important that you are creative and have a pedagogical talent. Of course it is also crucial that you have a passion for writing.
