System engineer in ILS for Support system and Simulation in group Product Support (OTTDSL)
The position means writing of publications for our supporting systems preferable for Gripen.
Your future challenge
As a member of the group and project-team you will be part of the process of delivering publications for supporting systems to, preferably, Gripen.
You will be working close to the developing-project for each system. You deliver both internally and externally.
The position requires orderliness, that you are service minded due to that there will be contacts with our customer. The position requires capability to present the information to users. Each writer is responsible for his/her publications and it is important that you can work independently and make contact within the organization, but it could also be the case that you will take lead for other colleagues.
Todays demands
Documented knowledge in English.
Knowledge of publication-system Pumax.
Technical knowledge as an engineer.
You must be able to work within deadlines and take initiative, you must be exact and an ability to communicate with customers, internally as well as externally.
Knowledge of the Tech-pub process within Saab is desirable but not required.
The position entails working with classified information and requires Swedish citizenship.
Place of action
Aeronautics, a business area of Saab, offers advanced airborne systems, related subsystems, unmanned aerial systems, aerostructures and services to defence customers and commercial aerospace industries worldwide. Aeronautics is also responsible for development, production, marketing, selling and supporting of the Gripen fighter.
The department is responsible for the ILS work within supporting systems that is including publication, installation, training and support. We deliver both externally and internally within Saab. The section work close to other departments in the area of support systems and simulations. The group is now 15 people in the age between 35 and 53.
