Job Description
In the role of the Workspace Engineer with Devoteam you will be responsible for carrying out the migrations projects and supporting our customers throughout their journey as an expert advisor.
Developing and nurturing good, trust-based relations with clients will be crucial and allow you to understand their needs and provide them with the support and training needed to utilise the Google Workspace tools at their disposal with confidence and ease.
You will play the key role in planning and executing each step of the migration process. Your expertise, great communication skills and confidence will be important assets, just like the ability to think on your feet and solve the issues quickly.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role we believe you have:
Broad and practical IT knowledge including mail servers, DNS and LDAP
Previous experience working in the capacity of an IT support technician
Good communication skills and cultural awareness
Genuine interest in Google tools and products
Fluency in English and Swedish
Curiosity and desire to continuously grow and improve!
