Workshop Manager
Would you like to join Inurba Mobility in Stockholm to take Stockholm eBikes to the next level? Are you ready for next challenge in your career, developing a best in practice workshop for connected ebikes?
Stockholm eBikes is the brand for the public bike sharing scheme in Stockholm operated by Inurba Mobility under tendered concession from the City of Stockholm. We are on the first out of 7 years into the contract and will from 2023 have full operation with 5 200 eBikes and 120 cargoBikes.
We are looking for a workshop manager to lead all operations in our warehouse and workshop located in Västberga. Workshop operations focus on an efficient repair and maintenance process to achieve highest possible bike availability and customer satisfaction.
Currently the workshop operates with up to 20 mechanics and 2 supervisors. Work is seasonal by nature and fast paced as operations continue 365 days per year and 24 hours per day.

Objectives of this role
• Ensure efficient operations by highest standards by organizing and managing the team of mechanics and supervisors. You are the direct manager of ~10 employees and oversee recruitments, staff planning and training.
• Develop and structure work processes and routines to achieve agreed KPIs and service targets.
• Long term operational planning with budget and running forecasts
• You achieve your goals by internal cooperation with support functions from HQ in Barcelona and other Inurba Mobility cities, and external cooperation with key suppliers and partners.
• Review and prepare workflow, task management and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

You are..
Our next workshop manager is an experienced leader with good sense for numbers, knowledge in budgeting process and previous experience in purchasing.
A problem-solver that easily can convert facts and data into an actionable plan.
You are ready to get your hands dirty, when necessary, but will achieve results through an organized and structured long-term leadership.
You report to the Nordics Operations Manager located in Helsinki.
We have collective agreement
Working hour 7-16 and sometimes you need to visit your team on the nightshift

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years ' experience in a workshop or industry lead role
• Strong technical knowledge and interest
• Proficient knowledge of workshop procedures and policy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff
• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
• We speak English on daily basis
• Experience with bikes, IOT and consumer-oriented operations are merits
