• Solution implementation and Application integration for Collaboration systems or Workplace services. Work closely with Service Architects such as Sites & Applications and Active Directory services, Service catalogue, Automation technologies while in compliance with service level agreements, policies, regulatory standards, and security and technology industry best practices.
• Engage and collaborate with business users to understand and influence business requirements.
• Create responses to a customer's or solution provider's requirements. . Implement and maintain the design of a solution and the rationale behind the solution.
• Support planning for solutions, including roadmaps.
• Support Project Managers in defining technical requirements for IT Projects . Propose the most suitable IT solution for an IT Project that meets business and IT requirements and also compliant to Electrolux standards.
• Perform a system Review within the scope set by the Delivery organization and Business Architecture.
• Perform a system Review in co-operation with Business Architects and Service Architects.
• Identify possible areas of standardization, propose candidates and develop proposal for standardization (Continuous Service Improvements, CSI) . Support application consolidation and simplification in the respective architecture domains.
• Identify new Solutions which are relevant for achieving business objectives and validate that new IT solutions are compliant to Electrolux standards.
• Support Enterprise Architects and Service Architects in developing Reference Architecture for the respective domain.
• Manage cross functional issues in Delivery related to architecture.
• Can be involved in assignments and perform other closely related tasks when necessary.
Kvalifikationer:
Qualifications & Experience . Proven experience of 5 plus years in managing global, large-scale User Productivity services provider systems preferably Windows Client infrastructure, Office 365 or other cloud based services; and aligning complex business problems to appropriate technology solutions that deliver strong returns on investment.
• Ability to establish rapport with business users as well as application owners.
• Demonstrated success in assessing and articulating requirements for process and system improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to work with a vast array of information and able to cope with rapidly changing information.
• Understanding of technology changes and impact and benefits . Understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management . Experienced in interfacing with both business and technical management.
• Programming skills in Power Shell, knowledge of other programming languages will be an advantage.
• Experience of managing people will be advantage. Personal Attributes: . Analytical . Open minded . Excellent written and verbal communications skills . Self motivated and results focused .
