• EMEA ITSSP Catalogue administration
• Deployment of ITSSP enhancements, improvements and upgrades
• BAU ITSSP issue/bug fixing or escalation as well as requests for information
• BAU ITSSP requests related to modifications, data changes, deletions, etc.
• ITSSP Governance coordination
2. IT Self Service Portal Governance EMEA ~ 20%
• Host the EMEA ITSSP Governance meeting including tracking and documentation
• Review and revise ITSSP improvement suggestions and propose own ones for EMEA
• Prepare enhancements based on improvement requests and channel accordingly via ServiceNow
• Management and communication of ITSSP changes in EMEA
• Process support, i.e. ensure the related processes will up to date documented
3. Service Now Administration/Coordination EMEA - 5%
• Asset Management
• Contract Management/Leasing Management
• IT Self Service Portal
• Process support
4. On/Off Boarding Governance EMEA - 40%
• Determine via feedback areas for Improvement in both Processes
• Fully support and contribute actively with the project related to continuous improvement initiative On Boarding and ensure it will be aligned for whole EMEA
• Be Liaison within the inter-functional team to ensure these processes deliver business value.
• Steer Meetings that deal with these Processes and take Minutes/reports weekly.
• Locate areas for improvement.
• Education on defined processes
5. O365 and Service Now Portal Support Global - 20%
• Cooperation and actively support the Global User Productivity team in order to implement improvements and changes as well as facilitating the delivery of ODW trainings
• Support Service Now Portal automation, changes, enhancements on global scale
6. Support Manager Workplace and User Productivity EMEA ~10% (increasing)
• Offload management in regards to specific workplace related topics
