Job Description
As a Workplace Event Responsible, you play a crucial role in enhancing the overall workplace experience for our employees. Your primary focus will be on strategizing and executing events, wellness programs, and activities to create an engaging and appealing work environment. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering a community of enthusiastic colleagues who actively contribute to the organization's initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement Strategies:
Develop and implement strategies to elevate employee satisfaction, retention, and attraction.
Cultivate a sense of community within the organization through the creation of forums and interest groups.
Gather feedback and data to assess the success and impact of engagement initiatives.

Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all facets of a comprehensive events calendar, including team-building activities, seminars, and celebrations.
Manage budgets, negotiate with external partners and vendors, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Recruit and engage employees in planning and executing events and activities.

Wellness and Programs:
Design and implement wellness initiatives, programs, and activities to promote physical and mental well-being among employees.

Communication and Promotion:
Establish and manage communication channels (intranet, newsletters, etc.) to promote events and activities.
Collaborate closely with the HR and Marketing teams to enhance the company's brand and image.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Certification in event planning or employee engagement would be advantageous.
Knowledge of wellness and engagement best practices
Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
Proven experience in event planning, management, and project coordination.
A solid understanding of employee engagement strategies, wellness, and effective communication.
Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a creative mindset and the ability to think innovatively.
Proficient organizational and project management abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to handle competing demands.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a curious mindset that encourages thinking outside the box.
Excellent communication skills.
