What you 'll do:
At Workplace Experience, you are part of a diverse core team of 12 people with the vision to bring happiness and improve the working environment for Volvo Cars employees worldwide. Workplace Experience is a strategic group that works with concept development and implementation of the corporate environment, we create the unexpected. We work with office concept development, office footprint, restaurant development, event planning, food, and beverage as well as services that fall under hospitality. Here, you will work in a changing environment with excellent opportunities to grow. Support choices using financial and non-financial information and performance metrics. You will also design the future organization strategy of Volvo Cars globally and plan where the connections between departments should be.
What you 'll bring:
We expect you have a bachelor's degree in psychological operation management, behavioral science, or equivalent, combined with at least 4 years of work experience in a similar role, i.e., Workplace analysis, concept creation, delivery of Workplace projects moves, worker homebase analysis etc. We appreciate that you have experience in corporate environments, with knowledge and expertise in the design of R&D (Research and Development) facilities. You also have experience with/exposure to building or architectural projects in Gothenburg. You are fluent in spoken and written English.
The position of Workplace Design Strategist at Workplace Experience is a hands-on creative role which requires an effective and creative design thinker that has demonstrated strategic, conceptual, and technical expertise.
