hela Sverige We are looking for a Working Student/Intern Controlling. In this role, you will be part of the RWE team and support the team at their with a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on procurement. You will be guided in the best way to review the procedures and systems that will be used. Here you will work in attractive, newly renovated and bright premises, while being part of a company that is constantly developing for the future in energy.
Main responsibilities
To prepare progress reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.) for the offshore business. This may include project status, costs and budgets
Developing and implementing controlling related processes, tools and methodologies for new projects, including project and business setup
Establishing key performance indicators, monthly resource accounting process, and payment processing for projects in the respective region
Regularly review and analyze project costs to ensure forecasts, risks and opportunities are appropriately captured and communicated to line and project management teams
Support controllers and other key stakeholders in the respective region with any ad hoc tasks required
Your profile
Aspired or recently completed university degree in business administration, finance or controlling or in a similar numerical field of work
Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain relationships with a variety of national and international stakeholders
Very good English language skills
Knowledge of basic renewable energy market structures and SAP is desirable but not mandatory
The ability to work in a team is not a foreign concept for you
Able to work 50% during your studies
