Are you a leader who enjoys working as a team player in an international environment?Then you could be our nextWorking Capital ManagerAs a Working Capital Manager, you will be part of Sweden Finance Management team, and report to Country CFO. You will lead a team of 5 accountants supporting operating units in Sweden referring to:* Accounts Payable* Accounts Receivable* VAT and declarations including Intrastat* Bank transaction and direct cash transactionsYour day-to-day workAs a Working Capital Manager you will coach and lead the team and drive activities to improve efficiency and reduce waste aligned with SKF Production System and Business Excellence in order to meet short and long-term targets. You will promote a positive and healthy work environment. You will also:* Ensure that monthly closing, follow-up and analysis are performed with quality in a timely manner, needed for strategic decision and turn insights into actions and process improvements* participation in management meetings and provide business support* Develop, implement and maintain procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines and internal control* Monitor and govern outsourced AR/AP activities to ensure financial compliance, alignment with standard processes, financial targets as well as best practice sharing* Drive sustainable and continuous improvements within the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes together with process owners from Purchasing and Sales communityWe expect you to have* University degree in finance and/or business administration or equivalent working experience* Relevant managerial experience with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to promote positive and professional work relationships* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable in proposing, initiating and implementing change* Thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage through change and uncertainty* Advanced skills in SAP* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including fluent in Swedish and EnglishYou will enjoy working here if youHave excellent communication skills and you feel comfortable to challenge and interact with all parts of the organization.
