What you will be a part of
Would you like to strengthen one of Saabs key areas for business success?
We are looking for a Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager to guide and manage overall workforce planning and recommend workforce actions in support of Saab business goals and enhanced business performance.
Main objectives are to promote an optimized workforce, position workforce planning as an integrated and valued part of managing the business, develop and use workforce planning analytics and related processes effectively. You will support the digitalisation of workforce planning globally within Saab.The position is situated in Stockholm or Linköping and you will report to the Head of Saab Academy. Saab Academy portfolio enhances global Training Modules and Programmes, as well as global processes and work with Performance Management, Leadership, Talent Management, Competence Development, Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition and Workforce planning.

Your role
You will translate the business plan and identify future strategic competence gaps on a comprehensive level and develop it into a workforce plan, as well as engage with Management teams and participate in business planning and future strategic competencies activities. You will also participate with HR in growth planning, focusing on the competence and resource gap identification, analysis and action planning including workforce cost planning.
You use workforce analytics and reporting to influence business decisions and analyse business performance and recommend workforce actions and innovative solutions. Driving the implementation and maintenance of workforce planning programs, process and new tools throughout Saab.
In this new position you will be a part of developing your future role and you will work in close co-operation with the Strategy and Communication functions. You will also provide re-organisation and change management expertise to Management teams and the HR community.
Travels within Sweden and abroad will occur.

Your skills and experience
You should have previous in-depth experience of workforce planning, with the ability to connect and link technical competences into making plans and analyses. Experience within performance, change and project management is required as well as a business understanding and its relation to profitability.
As a person you thrive in organisational development, think it's fun with digitalisation and have a passion for operating this forward.
Part of this role includes presentations and engagement with management teams at various levels within the organisation, proven facilitation, social, communication and presentation skills are therefore essential.
You have a relevant academic education and you are very good in expressing yourself, in speech and writing. Excellent English in oral and written is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of HR Processes, Disciplines and Tools in relation to development is meritorious.
