The value we providethrough consulting engagement could either be stand-alone consulting project oras an integral part of a solution delivery project. The key aim is to supportthe clients with efficiency improvement in working processes and to ensure thatadvanced technology is built and implemented in a coherent way that support thebusiness processes/client's desired workflows.
About the job
As Workflow Consultant you are responsiblefor conducting workflow analysis and provide consultation to clients inconjunction to or prior to system implementations. The job includes supportingcustomers before, during and after the sale. You work closely with ourcustomers to identify areas of improvement, and will support the design of WorkflowSolutions to achieve the best result possible for our customers.
You will also work closely with all ourdepartments, and contribute with your knowledge, to enhance our offerings inthe Healthcare segment.
As a Workflow Consultant you are expectedto develop significant client relationships and working closely with Ascomsales, project and development team.
Yourinvolvement could be in pre-sales phase, but primarily in deliveringconsultancy engagement and the initial baselining of workflow solutiondeliveries. In our dynamic environment, you are supposed to be able to handlemultiple project at times.
Youwill be part of a global team that will support deliveries globally, andtherefore travelling is a natural part of the position.
Qualifications University Degree in the area of user experience or equal proven competence 3 years of experience in implementation of workflow solutions and/or process consulting Deep knowledge about Ascom primary user target groups (healthcare) and their work environment Knowledge within regulatory aspects of implementing workflow solutions in Healthcare Strong analytical and problem solving skills Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English Fluent in at least one of the languages Swedish / Norwegian / Danish It is a pluss if you have experience from a related role to healthcare
