About the position
We are now looking for a Work Environment Specialist for our client, a prominent European energy company known for its commitment to sustainability and renewable energy solutions. With operations spanning several countries, the client company is at the forefront of the transition to cleaner energy sources such as wind, hydro and solar power, with the goal of creating a fossil-free life. The position is located at their office in Solna, 60% onsite and 40% remote.
Your daily tasks
In this role, your tasks include but are not limited to:
Systematic work environment management
Coordinates, convenes for, the unit's work environment specialists
Leads the central work with the development of instructions in the work environment
Educates in Safety culture
Conducts root cause analyses and creates learning
Legal compliance control in the work environment
Drives the development of processes and tools in the work environment
Advantage of experience from district heating or other process industries
Your characteristics
In this role, you need several essential personal characteristics beyond technical competencies. We hope that you collaborate well with others, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. Additionally, you need to be driven and capable of seeing projects through to completion, ensuring that tasks are finished efficiently and effectively. Moreover, a structured approach is crucial, as it enables you to organize your work systematically, manage your time wisely, and maintain focus on your goals.

Qualifications:
University/College education
Experience as a Work Environment Specialist
Work experience in systematic work environment management
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Advantage of experience from district heating or other process industry
Experience within ISO 45001
Advantage of experience with Intelex, Enia and SSG
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2024-12-31. Start 2024-08-12.
