Aurobay is looking for a Wiring Harness System Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with new powertrain control development. You will work as part of a top-performance in-house team with highly skilled people, to create world-class powertrain solutions. We will increase the scope of the Aurobay ECU 's from hybrid engine control to cover fully electric powertrains with functions such as Electrical drive units, inverters, and transmissions. Skills and Experience
Are you a skilled Cable Harness Engineer passionate about effective project management? We're seeking a dynamic professional who can expertly navigate both worlds. With a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, you'll bring your expertise to the table, ensuring top-notch cable harness design and engineering.
• Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Proven project management experience, coordinating teams and resources effectively.
• Technical mastery of cable types, connectors, and industry standards.
• Preferred experience from high voltage systems.
• Sharp problem-solving skills for innovative solutions and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail, from design to quality control.
• Excellent communication in both Swedish and English for collaboration.
• Adaptability to evolving project needs and technologies.
• Leadership aptitude to lead teams, delegate tasks, and meet goals.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CCHE.
• Collaborative team player ready to integrate engineering with project management.
What will you do?
As a Wiring Harness System Engineer, you will be responsible to choose concepts and solutions that are fitted for each customer. You will handle the technical documentations, requirement settings and optimize solutions. You will ensure all engineering work is conducted in accordance with specifications, laws, rules and regulations. You work in teams and individually and need to lead projects both in advanced engineering phase and in industrialization phase.
