Position Description
The Wiring Engineer has the mission to develop the wiring through concept phases up to serial production and maintenance while optimizing demands on quality, deliveries, cost and features (QDCF).

We are looking for open-minded team players who are willing to go the extra mile to achieve our common goals.
The wiring team is a dynamic, supportive and diverse group with members from all over the world, so excellent English skills is a requirement. Swedish is an advantage, but not a necessity. You will be part of, as well as leading various wiring teams within the organization.

As a wiring engineer you will be responsible for specific wiring harnesses during the complete life-cycle.
You will be:
• Developing the wiring through concept phases up to serial production and maintenance while optimizing demands on quality, timing, cost and features
• Lead wiring designers within your area of responsibility both internally and externally
• Responsible of the technical release and documentation such as drawings, CAD models, installation documentation and product structure
• Working in close co-operation with suppliers, systems engineering, system- and component owners, purchasing, manufacturing and aftermarket
• Ensuring a smooth information flow inside the group to external counterparts enabling proactive and constructive co-operation
Your qualifications at a glance:
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge in Saber is an advantage
• Documented ability to lead teams
• Truck knowledge
• Good communication and networking skills
