In alignment with the growing targets and needs, we are currently on the lookout for a Windows System Administrator to become part of our tight-knit team in Gothenburg, that closely collaborates with the respective teams in Greece and India. In those teams, we are continuously looking to find new ways of working that decrease complexity and provide the tools for their members to do their best work.
About the Role
The local team is working closely with all our end users and local IT infrastructure and operates in different competence areas for our different End Users Services, like IT Client Security, Message and Collaboration, IT Service Management, Genesys and other.
What you will be doing
The main focus is Windows Active Directory, Azure, VMware and Systems Management solutions to ensure a stable server/client environment
Operation, monitoring and maintenance of Microsoft and VMWare environments
Drive, implement and be responsible for improvements within the environment (installation and integration of new and existing systems and services)
Continuously share your knowledge and experience so that the team is constantly developing and improving

Requirements
You are a committed and responsible person with Microsoft Server and VMware as your natural environment. You enjoy working in teams and you see solutions where others see problems. In order for you to thrive in the role, you are a communicative and service-oriented person who enjoys helping colleagues.
The role requires that you have previously worked for several years in the Windows Server area with good knowledge of:
Microsoft products such as Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS and Powershell
VMware products such as vSphere, vCenter, vSAN and Horizon
Swedish and English both spoken and written
Driving automation and process improvement
As we mainly focus on operations in our own data centers, we would like you to have relevant experience
integration with services and systems in public cloud services is a plus
