Role Summary/Purpose:
The Power Conversion and Thermal Project Manager (m/f) will support the Offshore Model Manager and System Integration Leaders by developing and maintaining integrated project plans for all engineering functions to deliver on the Offshore platform. He/she will be responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and follow up for all engineering activities in the development of Power conversion and Thermal components such as generator, transformer, converter and cooling system.
Essential Responsibilities:
He/She will work closely together with the Program Management, Module Managers and System Integration Leader, Center of Excellence (COE) - teams and cross-functionally with Sourcing, Service, etc. to maintain integrity with the business plan and to ensure proper coordination. ·Establish business review plans (tollgates), schedule and participate in design reviews with the Chief Engineer Office and track action items.
