As an international organization under constant change we can offer a challenging and fulfilling role as senior Business Controller for Retail. Our Retail business division has a wide range of solutions for a broad range of clients.
In this role you will work closely with the business and actively participate in our customer projects. You will be involved in tenders, drafting of contracts, client negotiations and calculate the project profitabilities. You will have an important role to ensure that we are successful in our projects.
In addition you will have a central role in the control and monitoring of operations and be responsible for management reporting, development and monitoring of key performance indicators, compliance and risk analysis.
If you are the candidate we are looking for this position, you are likely to have a background in an international organization and in complex, business-oriented controlling roles. You have a good understanding of accounting and reporting, can do deep economic analysis of costs and revenues in combination with a very well developed understanding of the business.
As a person you have the capacity to take leading role and to drive change. This role will require both leadership skills and entrepreneurship. You have analytical skills and are able to back up your thought and ideas with fact and figures. You are structured and have the ability to organize large amounts of data and information.
This position is located at our Swedish HQ in Solna and you will be part of a Nordic team and report to our Finnish Financial Director. Our corporate language is English and it is an advantage if you speak several Nordic languages.
