Job Description
As a WIFI Solution Architect you will work within Infrastructure and Network area where we're rewriting the rules of networking and pioneering innovation, managing the H&M Network. and at the same time developing the next generation wireless enterprise solutions. From cloud services to APIs, automation to machine learning, your expertise will shape our strategy and impact.
We work closely with suppliers and outsourced functions to govern optimal spend and cooperation within the Network domain.

As a WIFI Solution Architect you will be in the center of the action contributing and learning new skills every day making sure that H&Ms global Network delivery is in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design efforts for new WIFI solutions across warehouses, offices, and stores to support business initiatives, incorporating new functions and services.
Develop, manage, and modernize the H&M WIFI Network, transitioning from legacy systems to a network as code with a service layer.
Ensure adherence to architectural policies and guidelines, aligning network design with the established roadmap, and implementing best practices for overall network engineering.
Create and maintain roadmaps and implementation plans, analyzing, designing, and evolving network infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
Oversee performance, availability, and reliability of the WIFI network, conducting monitoring activities and implementing necessary improvements.
Serve as an advisor on WIFI design, collaborating with stakeholders to align network solutions with business objectives, while staying abreast of industry trends and recommending innovations to support company growth.
Document service design packages and service descriptions, as well as guidelines, processes, and routines to ensure clarity and consistency in implementation.
Set and maintain network standards to uphold quality and efficiency across all network deployments.

Please note, that occasional travel will be included in this position for onsite planning and designing WIFI solutions in warehouses, offices, and stores, facilitating effective implementation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
As a WIFI Solution Architect at H&M Group we believe you are a true team player who has several years of experience of global IT and complex network environments with a basic understanding of Agile methodology. You take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments You will be a key player and we believe you are adaptable, collaborative, open-minded and able to work in a flexible environment with a non-prestigious approach.
What you need to succeed:
Extensive expertise in WiFi enterprise solutions design and architecture, with a proven track record of successful implementations, including on-site planning and site surveys.
Advanced field and hands-on experience in WiFi design and troubleshooting, particularly in challenging RF environments like warehouses, demonstrating proficiency with tools such as Ekahau for site surveys.
Deep understanding and experience with advanced supporting services/platforms associated with wireless technology, including but not limited to Cisco ISE, Infoblox IPAM, Cisco Prime, Cisco Spaces and Wireless LAN controllers.
Proficiency in creating high and low-level designs, coupled with experience in planning, designing, and managing the lifecycle of WiFi networks.
Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable designs for new services or infrastructure functionalities, with a keen eye for recognizing organizational structural issues and applying architectural principles to solve business challenges.
Comprehensive knowledge in network security, including IPS, proxy, firewall, load balancing, and VPN, along with familiarity with IP Networking, SDWAN, SD-LAN, network automation, scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible), and system integrations. Holding a CCNP or higher certification (CCIE/CISSP a plus) is preferred.

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
