hela Sverige In the role of Wholesale Support, you work in a small team at our Gothenburg office, whose primary goal is to give our salespeople and our resellers the best possible support and conditions to sell and represent our brand in the best possible way.
We seek you who are solution-oriented, service minded, quick learner and enjoy new challenges. The duties include:
• Returns, replacements and completion orders
• Sales reports
• Availability and delivery information
• Complaints
• Customs invoices
• Order management
• Layout of new and management of existing customers
• Refused delivery, error message and troubleshooting
• Support and questions regarding our B2B system
The service is a full-time temporary position until the 31st December 2018 with start date as soon as possible. There are good chances of an extension.
As a person, you are independent and ambitious and appreciate the variety of tasks. You are social, contribute to positive mood at the workplace and you are keen to achieve results and to maintain high quality in your work. You need good knowledge of Swedish and English fluent in both speech and writing.
You are an experienced user of Excel, Outlook and previous experience of Infor M3, Centra and Front are meritorious.
