Filippa K is now offering you the opportunity to get a challenging and exciting position in one of Scandinavia's most successful fashion companies. For recruitment we are seeking a proactive and tactical Wholesale Manager with proven experience working with wholesale strategy. Your responsibility will be to develop the wholesale business in all countries. Business trips are included.

Publiceringsdatum2011-04-26Dina arbetsuppgifterYour responsibility will be to own, develop and implement Filippa K's wholesale strategy in all countries and also to develop the wholesale business. You will secure adequate tools and routines, such as budget procedures and presentation materials and guidelines, to reach sales results. Furthermore, you be responsible for managing and developing the co-op store strategy and business plans in close coordination with local organisations and with the central retail team. You will lead and develop the central wholesale organisation, including the Export Manager, Customer Service and the Stock Sales Person.
Your main duties include:
• Following up and defining wholesale KPI:s on all markets
• regularly communicating with Country Managers on wholesale performance and plans
• organising basic functions for pre order and stock sales
• supporting Country Managers in wholesale development and sharing best practice
• analysing wholesale performance and taking actions to ensure that targets are reached.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for reaching the wholesale turnover targets and maintaining costs within the budget for the central wholesale functions. Initially you will report to the CEO.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have a university degree or similar and at least three years of proven experience from wholesale management in a large company, and it is a great advantage if you have experience from the fashion industry. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken, and knowledge of Swedish is seen as very positive.
As a person you have a natural drive and a great amount of energy. You have an analytical ability as well as strong communications skills. Of course, your values are in line with Filippa K's - style, simplicity and quality.
