Position Description
This job offers you a position in the Wheel Loader software development team. You will contribute to the team with your enthusiasm and our common goal to build a Wheel Loader we all can be proud of. As one of us you will have the possibility to lead and drive your functional development from stakeholder need and all the way to end customer.
Examples of tasks
As a part of our software design team you will build and develop todays and upcoming Wheel Loaders generations to keep our position: Number One in Customer Satisfaction! Always keeping a balance between quality, delivery, cost, features and customer expectations. You will help us strengthen our collaboration within the organization as well as outside.
We work with SW design challenges in all design stages. For example; improved steering, android development in Load Assist applications, develop site solutions, remote controlled functionality, autonomous enablers, next generation HMI as well as maintenance and enhancement of current system designs. We do this in an agile spirit with a base in SAFe methodology.

You probably have a Master or Bachelor of Science were software development has been a major part of your education. You are comfortable communicating in English. Hopefully you have experience working in an agile environment and are willing to help us implement SAFe methodology.
