The key attributes of the role are:
1) A business leader that puts people first
2) Knows how to structure large complex relationships in ERP, BI and Excel
3) Embraces the value of standardization and single source of truth
4) Excels in business analysis such as cost breakdowns, margin management, cash-flow, what-it's, and forecasting
5) Creates trusting and high-performing teams
6) Leads the Strategy & Corporate Development department consisting of finance, PMO, HR
7) Ideally have experience from PE owned businesses and previous IPO's
8) Minimum 10 years of experience of business controlling
