We are looking for a
FULL-TIME WELLA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT FOR A PERMANENT JOB.
Wella is searching for a temporary Business Development Consultant (BDC) for the Norrkoping/Linköping/Nyköping region starting as soon as possible. As a BDC you will develop the collaboration with existing clients and present the opportunities that we offer for new clients. You will be responsible for presenting campaigns and initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely orders and responses to requests. Our customers are mainly salons and hairdressers.
You are independently responsible for your sales district and budget. You need to be determined and have ambition for finding unique customer solutions and ability to work effectively under pressure.
The Wella BDC job suits you, if you,
• Live close to or in Norrkoping/Linköping/Nyköping
• Have a couple of years of experience of B2B selling
• Have preferably hairdressing education or experience from the industry, although this is not mandatory
• Are creative, energetic and wish to provide the customers only the best possible solutions
• Have independent, committed and results-driven attitude
• Are open and outgoing
• Can plan and structure your days effectively
• Have basic skills of common IT tools, and
• Are fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) and have a good understanding of English.
