This is an exciting and challenging role for someone who wants to be in the very center of Climeons business.

Climeon is a dynamic B2B organization that is expanding rapidly, we are now looking for a Website Manager to join our fabulous Marketing team. Climeon is a market- driven organization that is in the forefront with our marketing methods through account-based marketing and social media channels. The Climeon Marketing team is flexible, hands-on and the team members work together to create smart and innovative marketing solutions.
Climeons website is the very core of Climeons marketing and communication. As a Website Manager at Climeon you will have the responsibility to lead the development of our website, both on a strategic and operational level. You will create an action plan for the site and develop the technical aspect of the platform, making sure it's up and running at all times. You will also set the structure of the site, meaning you need experience from working in a content management system; Wordpress, Episerver or similar. You will be responsible for cooperation with web agency, if/when that is needed. Your role will also include responsibility for SEO (and preferably SEM) and Google Analytics (where you will be analyzing traffic data and presenting it through reports.
This is a wide role with a lot of responsibility, where you can influence your work situation and continue your career development. We do a lot inhouse, meaning this is a great hands-on experience within marketing. You will be working as a team, collaborating with all departments at Climeon, although the role demands you to be independent in your work. As a result, you will need to be able to communicate and manage several different stakeholders while being flexible.
To succeed in this role, we seek someone with the following background:
• Relevant tertiary education (i.e media, communication, computer science etc.)
• A couple years of experience working with web- related questions in a similar role
• Interest and knowledge in both the commercial- and technical aspect of the role
• UX knowledge
• SEO knowledge
• Hands- on experience working in content management system, i.e Wordpress, Episerver and/or equivalent.
• Project management experience
• A huge interest in Climeon and Climeons business
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Swedish is preferred although not a demand)
Merit requirements:
• Knowledge in web related laws and restrictions, GDPR
• SEM knowledge
• Service Design knowledge
• Experience in creating web content
