About the job:
As the Website Content Manager - Care, you will collaborate with the Web Content Team to ensure Care content aligns with the overall strategy and maintains brand language, tone, and principles.
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional consumer experiences that scale across markets, with a strong focus on customer-centric communication.
You will report to the Web Content Manager Lead.
What you'll do:
As the Website Content Manager - Care at Electrolux, you will enhance user experiences and drive business growth through strategic content management. You will curate, create, and manage website content for laundry care appliances, aiming to drive engagement, educate users, and increase sales. Additionally, you will collaborate with partners and stakeholders to bring content to life.
You will join a cross-functional team to build a world-class website, working proactively with stakeholders to make strategic decisions and guide content development. You will measure key metrics to ensure content value, requiring an analytical, technically minded, consumer-focused, and data-driven approach. Collaboration and getting things done are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy to enhance the user experience throughout the Care journey.
Content Management: Oversee the content lifecycle, including planning, publishing, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Commercial Area Offers Integration: Collaborate with Care stakeholders to integrate commercial content seamlessly into the user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Attend stand-ups, retrospectives, and ceremonies to drive project launches and define priorities.
User Experience and Core Metrics: Own and drive key website metrics related to Care, such as session time, bounce rate, and conversion.
Drive Improvement: Use analytics to identify opportunities for content improvement, create briefs, and follow up on performance.
Brand Messaging: Represent the content team in cross-functional forums to ensure consistency and effectiveness of brand messaging.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure all Care content adheres to legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
Sales Area and Content Expert: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance website performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field or relevant Business experience with solid digital development experience, focused on shaping the online consumer journeys and leading the development of web / app features and functionalities.
Experience with Google Analytics is required and GA4 Certification is preferred.
Good working "end user" knowledge of at least one web content management system (CMS), such as EpiServer CMS, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, etc.
Experience with project management, agile development, is preferred

Outstanding ability to process and synthesize information and formulate a POV

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, attuned to cross-cultural communication
Knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends and emerging technologies
