We are now looking for an outstanding Webmaster who is excellent at coding and a master at creating conversions on our websites in WordPress and Hubspot. The role as a Webmaster
As a Webmaster, you will develop Benify's website to increase visits and conversions. You will serve all markets, currently ten websites, including our sister company Lifeplans website, with ways to improve the sites with the end goal of driving more conversions from visitors to leads. You will be sharing your expertise with the rest of the team and our markets, and also be the point of contact with our web agency when needed. You will work closely with our UX department for design, our SEO specialist in order to improve search traffic, our Marketing Manager for analysis and follow up, and our Creative Team for SEO text improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Running A/B tests on our websites, proving or dismissing theses that you set up
• Conducting an in-depth analysis of our traffic using Google Analytics, Datastudio and Hubspot where you track important metrics, analyze the results and suggest improvments based on data (CTR, Time spent on the page, bounce rate, etc)
• Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to build online authority
• Follow web trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices
• Administer our websites, doing updates in both WordPress CMS and Hubspot CMS
• Code new web templates for improvements
Who are you?
We see that you have a few years' web experience and have an operational mindset naturally. You are solutions-oriented, and you approach challenges with a "can-do" attitude.
You also have the following:
• Experience in Hubspot and Wordpress CMS
• Experience in coding in HTML, Javascript, and CSS
• Good knowledge in web-tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and Semrush is meritorious
• Team player skills - not afraid of getting your hands dirty and do Webb admin as well
• Are driven by KPIs such as conversion and bounce rate
• English or Swedish as your native language. You speak and write English fluently. Additional languages are meritorious
• An education in system science, web design, digital marketing, or similar
To succeed in the position as a Webmaster, you are structured and good at prioritizing your daily work. We see that you have an analytical and technical mindset and are obsessed with improving and testing new things. You will be the expert of all this within our team, and therefore we would love it if you like to present your expertise and educate the team and our markets.
