Pfizer in Sweden is looking for a Webmaster to join our marketing team.

Who are you?
We think you're really into digital communication and marketing, especially from a technical perspective. You are probably not a web developer, but not too far from it and you have a good grasp of the technical aspects of the web. You don't give up when something seems complicated; rather you try to figure it out. And you probably enjoy the challenge of it. You're not a full-fledged web designer, but you do have an eye and an interest for nice looking stuff, and you know your way around basic layout and image editing in Photoshop. Enjoy working in small teams? Good, you will spend most of your time with our Digital Marketing Manager. The two of you will work closely with the product portfolio leads, business technology department, cooperate communication and other colleagues within marketing and communication.
Role description:
Our new Webmaster will be responsible for maintaining Pfizer Essential Health's digital channels such as websites and newsletters. This essentially means publishing of content and ensuring sites are functioning properly and are available to users. In addition, the Webmaster is responsible for making sure web content is aligned to our graphic guidelines, and make sure U/X is in line with, or exceeds, user expectations. The role requires technical understanding and know-how in order to support our organization in cooperation with regional business technology functions. The Webmaster will be developing, shaping and maintaining existing channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as being an integral part in the production of new channels.
Organisational context
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager, PEH Sweden.
The main tasks of the Webmaster are:
• Web publishing and content layout
• Content curation on owned channels
• Creation of e-mail newsletters and handling of e-permissions
• Web analysis
• Technical troubleshooting
• Webinar support
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
Key skills required:
• Drupal (advanced)
• CSS and HTML (basic)
• E-mail marketing platforms such as APSIS, Epsilon Harmony or equivalent
• Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Adobe Photoshop (preferable: Adobe Creative Suite)
• Fluent in English and Swedish
Required experience:
• 2-5 years experience in a related area or equivalent combination of education & experience.
