hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst in one of our countries.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Webhelp Nordic you are responsible for providing valuable reporting and analytical insight. There are high demands on the ability to understand and analyze data from different sources as well as deliver reporting timely, with the highest quality and with a strong sense of visualization and highlighting key findings.
You have an investigative mind and is self-driven, but also open to work as a resource in on-going projects and investigations with other resources.
You will be a part of our Nordic Performance Excellence Support team.
Profile:
• Strong mathematical skills
• Very strong MS Excel skills, including use of functions, data management and formatting. Macros and VBA scripting is a benefit but not required
• Demonstrated verbal and written fluency in English
We are looking for you who have a couple of years of experience in customer service and improvement work with good insight into measurement and industry practices.
It is necessary that you understand the production, quality and efficiency objectives, have a deep knowledge of procedures and understand drivers of various metrics. You are used to working close to a client and can work with both internal and external stakeholders.
You are passionate about our customers and our employees, and therefore seek new improvements and solutions that contribute to the development of the business.
You contribute to the team and develop your own knowledge by exchanging experience with team employees on an ongoing basis.
Tasks and responsibility:
• Proactive data-mining to investigate areas of performance opportunity
• Responding to requests for ad-hoc reporting and analysis from other functions within the program
• Having a supporting role in projects requiring data collection, analysis and packaging
• Producing formal reports and business cases
• Working closely with our accounts and/or clients to develop and share best practice both in terms of ways of working and tools to support these
• Participation in internal and/or external meetings as required
Requirements:
• Experience in delivering change through analysis, in a fast paced environment (most likely from a role in internal or external consulting teams)
• Practical knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, e.g. forecasting, regression, decision trees, and how to apply them in operations
• Working knowledge of data and analytics tools to manipulate data and visualise it, e.g. SQL, SAS, R, Portrait, Power BI, Qlikview, Excel
• Ability to take complex analytics outputs from specialist teams / Operations and create simple, compelling outputs to communicate with stakeholders
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage

The position
The position is full time employment. You will be part of a professional and fun atmosphere, with a dedicated workforce that are eager to achieve and be the best. You will be located at one of our sites in the Nordics: Riga, Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Östersund, Kalmar, Norrköping or Umeå. But it will be necessary to count in travel day.
Startdate: Beginning of July 2018 or earlier.
