Japanese/German web editor for Flysas.com

The primary objective for SAS e-commerce department is to secure and increase sales through our own online channel. Inspiration and information is also key to meet customer?s needs on the SAS web site ? which is measured by our other KPI, Customer satisfaction index (CSI).

We are now looking for a Japanese/German editor for our international web site (Flysas.com).

You will work with a dedicated team of web editors and customer specialists, responsible for content and online services on SAS web sites globally. Your primary responsibility is to generate sales of flights and ancillaries on the international sites under Flysas.com. You will also be responsible for keeping the sites updated to meet the customer?s expectations. In this role you will interact with colleagues at Internet support, Product, Marketing, EuroBonus and Sales.

We are looking for an editor with sales experience and customer focus. Good communication skills and a ?doer-mentality? are also required. The working environment calls for a lot of interaction and teamwork. You need to be flexible and creative, and able to handle tough deadlines and responsibilities. As a web editor you will create prerequisites for the e-commerce department to reach its targets.

Main tasks:
• Editorial updates on Flysas.com and sub sites in Japanese and German
• Increase sales
• Increase customer satisfaction
• Create campaign sites/pages
• Market SAS products and destinations
• Participate in editorial teams
• Analyze and take action on statistics and intelligence data

We are looking for web editors with the following experience and skills:
• Web editing and marketing in Japanese and German
• Content management systems (preferably Episerver)
• Basic knowledge in html programming and Javascripts
• Search engine optimization and marketing
• Target groups and segmentation
• Online user experience
• Online sales
• Web graphics tools like Photoshop
• How to generate business
• Online statistics, follow up of online sales
University Degree required; degree in related fields preferred

Language skills required: Native Japanese, Fluent in German and English.
