We are now looking for a Web designer or Front-end Web Developer
Job Description
You will work closely alongside our developers and other designers to design, create and maintain the front-end for a range of customer web sites. The position involves a mix of creative and technical skills, requiring you to do everything from creating user-interface designs and graphic profiles to wireframing and storyboarding to working closely with our back-end developers to create finished web sites.
Your profile
A demonstrated ability to produce aesthetically-pleasing, engaging and usable website designs and be able to convert them to standards compliant HTML/CSS
At least three years professional design experience, with a strong portfolio exhibiting a focus on user-centered design
Strong interest in usability with knowledge of how to to solve design problems, not just "make things pretty"
Experience building sites with SEO in mind
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage work to critical project deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outstanding organization skills with a keen attention to details
Self-driven and take initiative, but work well in a team environment.
Good knowledge of PHP, Javascript, Flash/Actionscript and/or customizing CMS sites (ie. Joomla) is advantageous
