The person should have at least 10 years educational background in science, and have knowledge about basic programming language, like HTML and PHP. No institutional education is needed, but the person should have done at least one project, for example a website, where previously mentioned programming language is used. The employee should also be able to repair/fix a computer in case of an emergency situation.
The person must speak Bengali and English, and have a driving licence. He/she should have good communication and networking skills and have a spontanious attitude towards other people.
The employee must be healthy and in good physical condition. He/she is also expected to be active at work and flexible when it comes to working hours and working conditions.
