Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Day-to-Day operations and troubleshooting on Symantec WSS & Bluecoat proxy which include technical changes, L2 troubleshooting, reporting's and managements.
• Continuously interacting with Customers over voice, Emails and Remote screen sharing to resolve issues with in the SLA.
• Documenting the solutions provided to the Customers in the ticketing tool.
• Troubleshooting p1/p2 incidents interacting with different team for the timely resolution with in the SLA.
• Documentation of RCA in proper RCA template.
• Best practices or preventive measure implementation based on the RCA action items.
• Should be open to work in 24/7
• Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices.
• Detecting, identifying and analyzing security related events in coordination with client's security policy and risk management.
• Provide Incident Response (IR) support when analysis confirms actionable incident.
• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.
• To reduce the vulnerabilities of all the corporate networks from attacks and to respond to such attacks in a professional and efficient manner.
• Reviews the latest alerts to determine relevancy and urgency. Creates new trouble tickets for alerts that signal an incident and require Tier 2 / Incident Response review.
Experience/Required Skills:
• Minimum 4-years of hands-on experience only in Symantec Bluecoat Proxy & Symantec WSS.
• Experience in any one Proxy platform like Cisco, ZScalar, etc is add-on.
• Experience in firewalls and load balancer is add-on.
• Holding experience in end to end design and implementation.
• Good experience in Symantec Proxy PAC & troubleshooting
