Your role and responsibilities
As a Web Manager, you are responsible for Qmatic's websites and marketing automation platform. Your main objective is to maintain and develop our website so that it attracts new and returning visitors and supports online demand generation in all stages of the buyer's journey. In that lies also ensuring that the website is aligned with our brand vision and values and stays on par with industry standards in terms of appearance and performance. On the back end of things, you are the one who ensures that marketing and communication run smoothly through our marketing automation systems.
A few examples of tasks in this role:
Optimize the website for improved traffic and conversions
Make sure web appearance looks correct according to visual identity
Work together with content owners on updates, and populate content
Monitor and improve the site's technical performance
Run smaller and larger web development projects with agencies and/or internal resources
Deliver web statistics to relevant stakeholders
Be a superuser, trainer, and admin of Qmatic's Hubspot Marketing and CMS Hub
Structure Hubspot from the backend with naming conventions, audits for clean-outs, etc
Keep the marketing contact data clean and up to date
Your profile

Your skills and experience
University Degree in marketing/web/IT or equivalent
3-5 years of work experience in Marketing
Experience in working with the Hubspot platform
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Great organizational skills and attention to detail

Location
Our office in Mölndal, Sweden with flexibility to work remotely a few days a week.
