In the Technology Promotion Department of our client, collaboration with various business units is key to developing AI technologies. This role involves assisting in publishing and creating business through SDK development and API integration. The mission also includes envisioning and synthesizing future technologies, thereby aiding the client in bringing these innovations to life. Candidates should possess strong technical skills and a sense of self-driven technical leadership.
You will join a team composed of engineers, tech writers, and online marketers, responsible for the client's developer-facing channels. This in-house team is tasked with building webpages, crafting copy and graphics, initiating online marketing activities, and publishing technical documentation.
About the Position
This role is an important part of our client's Developer Program, which encompasses three key areas of responsibility:
Technical editing of API conceptual documentation.
Creating website content, such as blog posts, news, guidelines, and technical tutorials, targeting developers and technical decision-makers.
Re-arranging web content to enhance the overall developer experience. The role also involves creating enhanced content (illustrations, schemes, guidelines explaining system architectures).
Main Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing, with complete fluency in both UK and US English.
• Develop and refine compelling and insightful website content, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and is optimized for search engines.
• Transform and tailor internal documents for public dissemination, adhering to established branding and writing standards.
• Efficiently produce and update a variety of content (text, images, videos) for different sections of the Developer World websites, keeping pace with releases and updates of products, tools, and services.
• Design and uphold a robust information architecture that aligns with and supports the evolving needs of the business.
• Collaborate effectively with technical writers, designers, and developers in the execution of editorial strategies and plans.
Requirements for this Role:
• Exceptional editing abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in crafting technical content, particularly in the realm of AI technologies, and adapting it for an external target group.
• Familiarity with and adherence to branding standards and writing guidelines.
• Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (WordPress).
• A keen interest in and understanding of Generative AI technologies, development tools, and community build.
• Consistent compliance with the organization's branding and guidelines.
• A service-driven, adaptable, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and responsibility.
• A cooperative team member who can readily adjust and positively contribute to ongoing improvements.
• A dedication to delivering high-quality experiences.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Expert-level proficiency in English.
