The SEI Stockholm Centre is a dynamic, expanding workplace that employs around 90 people
from 25 different nationalities in an activity-based office in central Stockholm (Garnisonen).

We are looking for an innovative and proactive Web editor to join our corporate communication
unit. This is an important new role, which is part of the ongoing digital transformation of SEI. You
will play a key role in developing the digital profile and capacity of the organisation.

Based on SEI's vision and mission the digital redesign will bring new opportunities to the
organization and will include the launch of a market-leading website, delivering an integrated
user-centric digital platform offering a relevant and inspiring experience for the user and
providing measurable value for the organization. The digital redesign will also enable SEI to
strengthen its identity through a new branding and visual identity and enhance its user-centric
communication. As a Web editor, you are part of this exciting journey and will, among other things,
ensure user focused, high quality, innovative content on all of SEI's digital platforms.

Your main responsibilities are:
1. collaborate with Head of Corporate Communication to deliver SEI's digital transformation
2. proactively plan, curate and create content aligned with the SEI strategy, for all of SEI's
digital platforms
3. quality assurance of content created by others
4. create content, and develop new content types, that meet the needs of SEI's target
audiences
5. responsible for SEO-strategies and implementation
6. conversion optimization using A/B testing and Google Analytics
7. innovative content creation, publishing and coordination on social media
8. delivering training and guidance to build the digital capabilities of the communication team
and researchers
9. managing the newsletter, including planning, creation, distribution, promotion and follow
up
10. responsible for monitoring, analysing and regular reporting on digital analytics

Who you are:
Besides a degree in communication or related field and high level of writing skills, you will need
to have at least 5 years of digital experience, preferably including storytelling on digital
platforms. You are near native in English. As a person you enjoy being part of a team, finding
innovative solutions and have a natural ability to see outside the box. You want to be part of SEI's
digital transformation and understand the complexity of that change. You're interested in
teaching others about digital capabilities and you possess the patience that it might require.
