Profile description:
You are a smart and experienced senior developer, who loves to build high performing web applications and likes responsibility and expectations. You like a high pace environment and have
high expectations to yourself and your colleagues. You are confident and creative when it comes to building user-friendly solutions, but on the same time disciplined regarding quality and execution. You will take a leading role in a technical team of 15 skilled people working close together with the business units.
Your responsibilities are:
• Hands on design and development of advanced features on our e-commerce platform; based on Symfony2 in a LAMP architecture and modern web technologies
• Act as a team lead for the web shop team including improving your team, code review, deployments, release management, etc.
• Design and build data driven system intelligence on the platform related to personalized content, email flow, optimizing sales, etc.
• Planning, execution and communication of release cycles in close collaboration with our Ecommerce Director and the business units
• Responsibility for the web architecture going forward considering an ambitious growth plan
We expect the following of your profile:
• Strong technical web competences within modern web technologies
• Experiences from building high performing web-based e-business applications
• Ability to work dynamic using MVC, design patterns, source ctrl and development framework
• Experience with release planning of major software projects
